The DictionaryForMIDs application is open source under the GPL license. The dictionary may have a different license.

Quotei have dictionary with licence , can i use this dictionary for mids application freely for business purpose?
Yes, for DictionaryForMIDs it is possible to use non-open-source dictionaries, also for business purpose.
You still have to check that your dictionary's license does allow to be used in the way you want.

Which dictionary ?
Your dictionary does not have to be open source. You can also use non-open-source dictionaries with DictionaryForMIDs.

Quoteif it is open source , do i have to publish GPL along with dictionary.?
Your dictionary does not have to be published under GPL.

Quotedo i have to list my dictionary compulsary here for free download?
No.

The above applies to "your" dictionary; the dictionaries that can be downloaded from dictionarymid.sourceforge.net all open source, some under GPL. Also, the DictionaryForMIDs application is open source under GPL - and the DictionaryForMIDs application must only be distributed/used  as open source under GPL.
