How can I started?

I liked to create new dictioanary Eng<->Slo in DictionaryForMids.

And I can not find the right program with exe version.which I can load on PC to create jar and jad (jadCreator and DictionaryGeneration with an exe extension) that I can after load on my mobile s60_3 (Nokia N95 8GB). to get tested.

DictionaryGeneration and JarCreator are Java applications. The Java applications have the .JAR extension.

You can run them with a command like
java -jar DictionaryGeneration.jar inputdictionaryfile outputdirectory propertydirectory
