Java ME: using the LanguageUIGeneration tool

When there a language is added to the user interface translations, then on Java ME the LanguageUIGeneration tool must be run.

On Java ME there is the file DictionaryForMIDs.languages that contains the user interface translations (see http://dictionarymid.sourceforge.net/LanguageUITranslations.html).

The LanguageUIGeneration tool reads the file DictionaryForMIDs.languages and generates the files UIDisplayTextContents.java and UIDisplayTextItems.java. These two files are part of the DictionaryForMIDs source tree and are compiled like all other DictionaryForMIDs Java files.
