What is this "Using: run ant in directory Build"

Dear Sir,
           I have downloaded the source code, but I have not understood this term - "Using: run ant in directory Build". Will you please elaborate.
I wish to submit this project as my college project.( I hope you agree ) I will make the dictionary database myself but please tell me that how I can change the application manifest info like -

You do not need any source code for this. Just read the instructions on our project home page: http://dictionarymid.sourceforge.net/newdict.html

The manifest file must not be changed for that; there is no need to touch the source code or the manifest file for your dictionary. Just put your name in the infoText.
