Title: DictionaryForMIDs source code repository is now on Subversion

I just converted the DictionaryForMIDs CVS-repository to Subversion.

If any problems with the SVN repository should show up, then please let me know.

To avoid confusion I just deactivated CVS for the DictionaryForMIDs project.

From now on please use Subversion to access the DictionaryForMIDs sources.

I still will update the development web pages during the next days to document the access via Subversion (use https://dictionarymid.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/dictionarymid/)
