If the dictionary you are looking for is not available there and you have some time, you could try using the tools on our website to generate your own dictionary.
2. I have dictionaries in .txt file, downloaded from this site: http://www.dicts.info/uddl.php and I don't know how to integrate them into your app. mentioned at the first sentence.
