DfM PC version is working in excellant manner.  At present, it is difficult to refer lenthy words in DfM PC Version 3.1.0.  If it would support Word wrap function. then, It'll be great to view lengthy texts in DfM PC version.

Now, The UI's will have similar look in Chrome, Firefox, IE and Mobile Browser.  Additionally, we tried to do Metro UI for you.  Kindly test and make suggestions on it.

Yes, Gert perfectly predicted that html is the future.  Since, its too easy to adopt, cross platform, fast and powerful.

Let us add little more power to DfM webApp by making UI.  We just try to create New User Interface which is posted here.

You are most welcome to create yet another catching UI or moderate the attached UI.  Further, you can also put forward your suggestions and comments to improve the UI.

The Best UI will get published as DfM webApp UI. It may also be your's.

I've made dictionaries for Indian Postal Codes, Telephone Codes and Vehicle Codes.  Whether i should wait for test result or else proceed with DfM 3.5.9 to release those dictionaries.

DfM 3.5.9 is working cool in Phone as well Emulator.  Tamil UI is also properly fit with the app.

Further, I've tested JSR-75 possibilities on some branded phones. I like to share it with you all to take decission on "loadable dictionary".

1.  Sony Ericsson - Need to set permission only at the time of very first execution of midlet,
2.  Nokia - Need to set permission at every launch of midlet,
3.  Samsung - It require to set permission for each and every access to file system.

Now you can easily setup a new dictionary in new GUI Mode named as DfM Creator Tool which includes latest version of DictionaryforMIDs.jar.  The latest version is available at http://dictionarymid.sourceforge.net/DfM-Creator/files/DfM-Creator-0.6-beta4.jar

I just now upgrade chrome to Version 30.0.1599.66 m and cleared the caches, now its working fine without any appcache problem.  if we load more no. of dictionaries, then we suppose to clear cache to avoid appcache error.

And i got "Dictionary class could not be loaded" error message on some dictionaries such as.

The appcache "XMLHttpRequest.responseBlob" error has not been resolve by chorme.  They suspend the actions against your bug report.  Please, get into that thread and follow it up for us.

Thanks a lot for responding my request.  We have updated crowdin tamil translation. now, you can implement it... while comparing with your role, our part is not so great... 

I like to remind you about adding "crowdin.net" translation link in about or help page to attract more contributors and translators.   If anything else we found after testing, we'll contact you.

I'm one of the contributor of DfM Project Tamil Dictionary.  I've newly added two dictionaries with 20000 words (the old dict., support only 3000 words).  Kindly update the dictionaries list.

I've completed tamil ( தமிழ் ) translation for DfM in crowdin.net.  I accidentally came to know the project is present in crowdin.net.  You may add a link in the about page to let the users to know about availability of translation.

You may also add some options like Share the meaning by SMS,  Learn a word for the day - by showing notification of random word,  etc.,

You may add the list of languages supported by DfM Dictionaries in "Google Play Description". It make your dictionary more popular and chance to priorities your app in search list. Example: if i search "tamil dictionary", then DfM will also be shown in the search list at top.

Jar Creator doesn't do that job... I tried twice... kindly ensure..... Thank you for your support

Suggestions to reduce the midlet size,

1. Developer of dictionary can avoid unnecessary characters / spaces to reduce bytes,

2. Some of the dictionaries are doesn't require all normation classes, the non required classes can be eliminated  to optimise the size of jar (Lite Version of DfM can be published with only normationEng class),

3. Non required Language flags can be removed to optimise midlet size.
