I have tried to use a couple of dictionaries for my phone...they were around 800 kbs..they did not work in my phone....I wud want to know whether there's any dictionary compatible with my phone....I just googld and found the max jar size available is 137 kb...in desperate need of one...plz help..thanks in advance..
Yes, Nokia documents a JAR file limit of 137 kB for the 6030. That would be good enough for the "loadable dictionaries", but unfortunately the 6030 does not support JSR 75. So you are really _very_ limited with your 6030.
If you have time and some experience with tools on PCs you could try to set up your own dictionary based on the 2.7 version (2.7 is less in size than version 3). Well, that's probably not worth the effort unless you have a very small dictionary that you'd ugently like to use.
